2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any products once the order has been dispatched. This is to ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supps.direct@gmx.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if verified, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct. Saxon Labs is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
